The IMRD IT Team supports the different Finance Organizations for Janssen IMRD globally, as well as the Finance Organizations within Janssen Business Services (Belgium) and Janssen Global Services (Manila).This position requires a solid understanding of financial processes and SAP functional and technical skills; expertise with design and implementation of financial systems or enterprise software; and documentation experience. Successful candidates should have a high energy level, experience working with many different support functions, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical audiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead analysis, research, design, and development of new functionalities and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems.Perform Business Problem Definition.Understand and translate business problems faced by the finance function into a value case & comprehensive set of solutions spanning process, technology, data, governance & user experience supported by defined baseline value realization key performance indicators.Design new solution and enhancements based on business requirements.Provide process and design guidance to the functional and development team.Guide the technical team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements.
