ABOUT THE ROLE
As a PMO Lead, you will be bringing enhanced project management to our digital transformation program.
Your first responsibility will be enhancing the current TIPI process to ensure it is fit for purpose for the major transformation projects that we have.
The successful applicant will work alongside the current project managers to help align them in their project management duties and to ensure consistency across all major projects:
PMO support for the implementation of transformation strategy in order to achieve business benefits.Focus on high-level specification and the why and what of transformation.Enhancing TIPI and building enhanced business requirements and change management into the process.Providing tools to the project managers for the successful management of their individual projects.Focused on the success of the overall program they are managing.Consolidate project management statuses and provide executive visibility to all digital programs.Interaction with project managers and individuals at higher leadership levels, undertaking a much wider span of control than a project manager.Implement updated project management methodology and tools into all digital projects.Ensuring alignment on digital projects to meet business needs.Enable visibility to the wider business on digital projects.Timely completion of digital projects.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the same role
