Vonage Product Management Mission: The Vonage API Communications Group is an emerging leader in the $10B+ cloud communications platform (CPaaS) market.
Customers such as Airbnb, Viber, Whatsapp, Snapchat, and many others depend on our APIs and SDKs to connect with their customers all over the world.
Why this role matters: As Vonage API Platform global communication networks and channels grow, there is a greater need for implementing carrier and country regulation changes and fraud management to stop bad actors using our platform.
This is a pivotal role in the Product Team working transversely with our Product Managers and business owners to solve and assist in the implementation of software-based Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a telecom Regulatory or Compliance expert wanting to expand their experience and grow into a critical role covering all areas supporting all products that have regulatory, privacy, or compliance requirements.
What you will do: Own the strategy of Vonage Compliance roadmap by working with Carrier, Security, Legal, and individual Product Managers to provide solutions and manage delivery.
Own and deliver the roadmap, with individual Product Managers, key regulatory changes such as Stir/Shaken, 10DLC (over channels such as voice or SMS), and backend systems such as KYC.
