We're seeking a recruiter to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for Automat-it positions across EMEA. You will collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters, various departments, and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Minimum Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in a global tech company1+ year of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields, such as - DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, FinOps Analyst, etc.1+ years of experience in global recruitmentIn-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray searchWorking experience with ATSA proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidatesSelf-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)Experience with "Comeet" ATS - advantageExperience with hiring for Marketing and Sales positions - advantage
