Full management of the company's financial aspects. Financial statements closing and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including reporting package to the HQ. Preparation of local statutory reports (including financial statements based on local GAAP as required, tax filings, etc.). Monitoring financial aspects to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Analysis of sales, costs, pricing, contributions, and profitability. Preparing and controlling the financial budget on a monthly and annual basis. Management of the company's cash flow. Collection from customers and payments to suppliers, including reporting to ICIC (the Group customer credit insurer). Posting journal entries and bookkeeping. Control of transfer prices. Managing any direct and indirect tax issues, including tax filings, tax inspections, assisting with local transfer price studies as required, etc. Communication with the local external auditors. English and French - Good level for communication with HQ and between the different departments of the company.
