The chance to push the limits every single day.As a humble family business that started 70 years ago, popularly known as AMW, now a fully-owned subsidiary of Al Futtaim Group (AFG) of United Arab Emirates, is one of the pioneers in the Automotive industry in Sri Lanka.Key Requirements Full/Part qualification in HRM or relevant qualification from a recognized university/institution.Minimum 1-2 years' related experience at the same capacity.Knowledge in ERP/HRIS, computer literacy with analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining employee personal files and updating records and handling the employee statutory benefit claims - EPF/ETF.Processing Employee confirmation letters and arranging letters for PIP.Conducting employee offboarding process and arranging resignation acceptance and VOP letters.Creating PO for payments and following up for approvals in SAP and monitor the requirement of stationeries and welfare items.Employee letter preparation and documentation work such as Transfer letters, Promotion letters, Warnings, Long service letters, Increment letters, and Service letters etc.Collaborating with internal and external audits regarding HR processes.Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems/HRIS.Act as a contact person for employee concerns and employee detail verifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
