Our client is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate management within the iGaming sector, a talent for optimizing relationships, and a focus on delivering strong business results. Affiliate Partner Management: Oversee daily operations for key affiliate accounts, ensuring seamless communication and KPI achievement. Develop and implement customized deal structures aligned with affiliate performance goals, negotiating win-win agreements. Campaign Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize affiliate campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and achieve conversion targets. Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results. Technical Oversight: Maintain an understanding of post-back integrations and campaign tracking setups (preferred but not required). Handle account setups, integration testing, and adherence to operational processes. Strategic Alignment: Understand operator KPIs and craft strategies that align with their growth and profitability objectives. Build and sustain strong operator relationships, showcasing a commitment to excellence and a competitive edge. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns. Communicate effectively in English to manage internal and external relationships.
