Position: Sales Travel Agent
Responsibilities:As a Sales Travel Agent, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries and assisting premium clients in booking luxury vacations and experiences at the company's resorts.
You will communicate with clients through email and phone, providing them with personalized travel options and helping them choose the best packages based on their preferences.
Handling inbound calls and emails from premium clients seeking vacation packages, travel advice, and resort bookings.Providing detailed information on resort offerings, services, and special promotions, ensuring a tailored experience for each client.Assisting in the reservation process, including customizing itineraries and confirming bookings.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and customer experiences.Requirements:Native level of Portuguese.High proficiency in Spanish (C1 or higher).Previous experience of 1 year in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with premium clients effectively.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service and a personalized experience.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and office tools.Offer:Hybrid work model, with flexibility to work from home and in the office in Madrid.
