Social Media Managers are the pillars of the Social department at Ogilvy.
They are responsible for strategy and content and they lead the relationship with our clients.
Responsibilidades:
Leading our client's social strategy with a strong focus on LinkedIn.Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the best work for our client's social media channels.Managing our client's channels, posting content, moderating conversation, and engaging with consumers.Mastering the brand social tone of voice and being a brand guardian on social.Writing post copy and coming up with content ideas alongside our creative team.Reporting and analyzing content performance (e.g.
impressions, reach, CPM, engagement rates, CPV, CTR, VTR).Cualificación: We love to hear about people with varied backgrounds and are flexible on whether you have come from an agency or client background.
This role is for you if:
You know the fundamentals of the key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
LinkedIn has no secrets for you.At least 4-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.You have a strong background in Finances or experience working in the industry.You are bilingual in English or at least you are able to write in English like a native.
Other languages are welcomed.You have good copywriting skills and are comfortable writing social media posts and engaging with consumers on social media.You are a social media enthusiast and keep up to date with this constantly moving industry.You have experience creating reports allowing you to measure and understand content performance.You love working in a team in a collaborative and supportive way.You enjoy being client-facing and presenting your ideas.
