Ihre AufgabenManaging a modern, sustainable organisation in Spain and further developing the Krones business in Spain and Portugal.Developing strategies to increase the turnover and profitability of the company.Assuming overall responsibility for Sales, International Operations & Services (IOS), Finance & Administration and other relevant functions in the subsidiary.Maintaining close relationships with customers in the assigned countries, ensuring a high level of attention to customers and showing great professionalism in dealing with customer requests.Providing an attractive work environment and development opportunities to all employees, acting as a role model with a modern leadership approach and an innovative mindset.Close interaction and coordination with the Regional Committee for Europe and the headquarters (matrix organisation).Detecting and fending off risks for the company.Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.Acting as the representative of the company in public and legal affairs.Ihr ProfilUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering and/or Commerce (or similar educational background).10+ years of experience in a management position.Excellent leadership skills.Proven record of achievements in heading and developing a branch or a large department within an international corporation.Affinity to Sales and a customer-oriented mindset.Experience in the food & beverage industry or a similar industrial environment.Knowledge of local laws and regulations.Experience in working with ERP and controlling systems.Profound language skills (Spanish and English).Very good analytical, strategical, as well as entrepreneurial thinking.Excellent negotiation skills.Being an authentic, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude.
