Our mission is to measure, control and explain all the financial indicators required to monitor accounting, tax, regulatory, liquidity, credit risk reporting and management result activities.Controls EMEA department mission: Design and implement an independent control framework (2nd LoD) in order to manage risks related to the reliability of accounting and financial information for EMEA entities.MISSION: Controls LOD2 department develops and sustains the Control 2nd LoD framework by:Performing the independent challenge of the identification and assessment of the accounting and financial information risks and of the mitigation framework of the LoD 1 (including Finance own LoD 1 process)Independent challenge of controlsAssessment of 1st line of defense control set up qualitySupervision of the elementary certification from SMSClosure of External Auditors recommendations based on their Check&ChallengeReporting and participating to the decision-making process through:Reporting and quarterly synthesis to the related perimeters and to the Group Finance Management (FORCC Committee notably)Provide to entity's CFO/CFO Office a synthesis of the risk assessment through certification process (all phases)Review of entities main certificatesControls and independent reviews if and where necessaryParticipation to the accounting projectsRESPONSIBILITIES: Financial analyst on some EMEA entities.REQUIREMENTS:Training: Accounting degree or equivalent.EXPERIENCE:0 - 4 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting/Reporting, Business/financial analysis, Management Accounting/Client profitability, ALMT in banking industry would be a plus), including audit and consultancy firms.Experience of working in international environment appreciated.Languages: English: C1.SKILLS:Technical: Microsoft Office, Financial Knowledge.Transversal & Behavioral: Communication skills - oral & written, Organisational skills, Analytical ability.BENEFITS:Training programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international thanks to our presence in different countries.Diversity and Inclusion Committee that ensures an inclusive work environment.
