We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the successful completion of Salesforce projects and initiatives within the organization. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, developers, architects, and external vendors.
What you will do: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and initiativesManage and develop a team of Salesforce developers and business analystsWork with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projectsStay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practicesDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce development within the companyMaintain comprehensive communication with IT and business stakeholders on planning, prioritization, and conflict resolutionIdentify and mitigate implementation risks, including resource constraints and cross-technology challengesEnsure the right people with the right skills are in place Your profile: 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role in a software development environment, with 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce projectsHands-on experience in different delivery methodologies (Agile/SAFe, Waterfall)Experience managing teams of at least 5 membersStrong experience in software project UAT organization and rollout for distributed locationsExperience in change managementExpertise in planning and prioritizing conflicting requirements (balancing maintenance and new features)At least an upper intermediate level of EnglishWilling to collaborate with the business and developersCritical thinking skills and detail-orientedSelf-organized Location and type of contract: Leuven, Belgium; Barcelona, SpainFull-timeHybridMid-senior level
