Job Description: As an administrator in the HR department you will be part of an international team. You will actively participate in the evolution of the department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are correct in content, time and form. You will also be involved in the following activities:
Pre-contracts for new employees, and control of the realization of the subsequent official contracts.Carry out the registration and deregistration of employees or other changes that need to be communicated to Social Security.Onboarding of new employees (initial explanation, signing of all the official documentation, etc.).Manage the training courses subsidised by FUNDAE.Manage the information on the 'Health & Safety' part, and be the link with the external technician in charge.In charge of the selection of personnel with temporary work agencies.Monthly reporting of employee data.Update HR databases.Taking care of the HR platform.Keeping track of absences (sick leave, leave of absence, etc.) and holidays.Be in charge of all aspects of the Labour/Health & Safety/Consumer inspections.Manage the claims from public administrations.Manage procedures with digital signature and administrative procedures (records, etc.).Keeping control of administrative deadlines.Being the contact with the supplier of the Food/Sanitary Quality consultancy.As the HR department is a key department and in charge of employee wellbeing and local administrative matters related to the legal field, we are looking for a person who is empathetic, assertive, agile, methodical, has high active listening skills, is decisive, positive, knows how to face day-to-day challenges, and has a strong interest in the legal-legislative field.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Law, Labour Relations, Business Economics or related field.At least 1-2 years of experience in the HR/Legal department.Knowledge of Spanish law.Knowledge in 'Health & Safety' would be an advantage.Necessary high level of English - minimum B2.
