Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with:
Understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategiesKnowledge of social media and HTMLExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and managerial skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analyticsAbility to implement marketing plansAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointExperience Preferred (not essential):
- Digital Marketing
- Consumer or B2B Brand Strategy Management
- Product line management
- Experience with Google Analytics and customer data management
Responsibilities: Our Aim:
The aim of our programme is to develop capable students into impactful professionals that have sound commercial and business acumen, put quality relationships at the heart of their work whilst demonstrating Berry Global behaviours, values, and the qualities of talented and credible leaders. Our aim is achieved through a combination of face-to-face and virtual workshops alongside placements of up to six months at one of our many global sites, project work, and general and specialist training. A mentor will be assigned to you. This is someone outside of your team who will be able to support you in your personal and professional development.
Your day-to-day tasks: Content entry and page developmentEffectively monitor and measure website catalog performance for each division while recommending improvements to the VP of Global Marketing for improved digital experiences for customersSupport executions associated with SEO strategyConduct and support keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to enhance B2B digital experience with the Company and product catalogueIn alignment with PLM and General Management financial support, develop, recommend, and execute paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and achieve ROI goals based on divisional specific growth target investmentsSupport monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationEvaluate and optimize metadata, headings, URLs, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility
