Selina is seeking a Leader for the global Project Management department, an experienced manager with a proven record in leading Tech project management areas (R&D, BI, IT). As the Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for delivering Selina's Tech Roadmap of global, cross-organizational projects, involving direct Project Management work, strategic planning, and team management. You will collaborate closely with Selina's Tech management group, Executive Management, corporate teams, and Operational leaders worldwide.Lead the global Project Management team of Selina.Professionally lead the Company's Roadmap of cross-organizational Tech projects, ensuring delivery as per the allocated budget.Manage a group of global professional Tech Project Managers overseeing varied projects supporting Selina's operational and commercial activities from initiation to on-ground implementation by the Operation department.Create and enforce PMO working methodologies and tools to ensure an efficient Projects Delivery environment in Selina.Oversee the company's cross projects to ensure project goals achievement within the set time, budget, and scope.Develop and maintain professional relationships with project partners across R&D, UX/UI Studio, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Operational teams.Establish new working streams when necessary, including collaboration with external vendors.Communicate regularly with Senior Management and relevant project partners.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of team management experience.10+ years of Project Management experience, particularly in R&D environments with Agile/Scrum methodologies for global cross-functional projects.Extensive knowledge of PMO methodologies, best practices, and challenges.Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Strong technological and business acumen with good organizational work process familiarity.Proven experience working with Executive management.Relevant education in BSc/Business Administration/MBA/Industrial Engineering/PMO.Self-driven leader with exceptional communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
