This is a hybrid/onsite role where you will work from our Barcelona office while also having the option to work remotely within Barcelona.

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, specifically German-speaking companies, to present our technology solutions.
You will serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that opportunities are qualified, nurtured, and transitioned into the sales pipeline.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely within Barcelona and onsite at our Barcelona office, ensuring a perfect work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) via cold calls, emails, and digital channels.
Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities.Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to engage with prospects, uncover their business needs, and align our technology solutions to address those needs.Building Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at potential client companies, engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in the German-speaking market and technology industry.Collaborating with Sales Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs), and revenue growth.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from prospects and clients about their experience with the sales process.Ongoing Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of our technology solutions and sales methodologies.
