OVERVIEW OF THE VICE PRESIDENT (VP), MARKETING OPERATIONS PLANNING ROLE As a member of the Executive Team, accountable for overall leadership in achieving mission performance and positive organizational health; and actively participate in the Team's responsibilities as the top-level decision-making body for matters that require broad consensus.
Participate as a Senior member of the Marketing Community Relations leadership team to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee donor recruitment activities, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Leverage our brand-building and take "leads" to the next stage of the acquisition funnel by utilizing data to support multi-channel performance in service of our business lines.
Collaboration with the VP, Donor Services to integrate our recruitment initiatives with our collection's operations—lining up the collection's capacity to the right regions based on population characteristics and behavior.
Analyze short- and long-term data to optimize performance per channel to help achieve business goals—how we "cultivate and catch our donors" once we have them in the funnel.
SALARY RANGE FOR THE VP, MARKETING OPERATIONS PLANNING: $197,716 - $304,067 annually PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE VICE PRESIDENT Member of the Executive Team Develop and lead strategies to ensure success in a dynamic world.
