Are you ready?About your roleAs our Identity Access Management SME, you will develop and implement IAM strategy, roadmap, and initiatives that support organizational goals and achievement of security targets. You should have worked on one or more IAM tools implementation such as Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, RSA Secure ID, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, Beyond Trust, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, etc., in on-premise, cloud, or both environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure IAM is effectively integrated into key business processes and systems.You will regularly review IAM policies ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards, perform configuration reviews of existing systems to identify security issues, provide recommendations, and escalate any potential high-risk scenarios for accurate management. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.RequirementsBroad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), with project-related mobility/willingness to travel.More than 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide IAM projects, particularly in large organizations.Experience in integrating applications with IAM systems along with custom connector development.Manage enterprise-wide employee identities and access rights.Develop detailed IAM metrics for reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring continuous monitoring of performance metrics to drive process improvement.Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAUTH, OAuth 2.0, Web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST.Comfortable working in Unix and Windows environments.Experience in technologies such as JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux.Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Python.Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISAE 3402- SOC1/SOC2, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, PCI.Good to have security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security +, SSCP, CEH.Given that this is just a short snapshot of the role, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above.
