Java Platform Engineer - Jackpots team Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games.

Working within a small but focused team, you will be responsible for developing new features and enhancing the existing functionality of our Jackpot engine.
This is a highly performant set of microservices that utilise Kafka as their event-driven source.
Location: Remote / hybrid but you must be based in any of the following - UK, Poland, Spain, Malta.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
What you'll do: Develop new features for the Jackpot engine Enhancing existing Jackpot engine features Work with cloud based technologies from AWS Work with other teams to develop interfaces for Jackpot integrations What you'll bring: 4+ years of experience with Java Languages Spring Boot 3.x Kafka implementation and optimisation experience Microservice implementation and troubleshooting Knowledge of AWS cloud computing technologies Familiarity with agile software development methodologies Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, GitHub Actions and Docker) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with good teamwork capabilities.
