Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone.Job Description : This position belongs to the Hub Premium team looking after Premium Benefits and Solutions for the European region.
This role will be key in supporting the EU Affluent strategy, growth, and deployment of premium benefits and solutions across premium card portfolios (credit and debit) for European clients.What we expect you to do, day to day:Delivering knowledge about the Affluent segment and new payment trends for different stakeholders, either internal or external, to feed into the EU Affluent strategy, product development, sales narratives through many tools (publications, reports, notes, etc.
).Strong ability for data gathering and analysis of internal and external quantitative data.Developing a strong understanding of Usage and Attitudes of the Affluent segment using public/external or internal research as well as initiating new market analysis when required.Undertake regular benchmarking exercises and competitive reviews to help the team generate ideas, identify and map opportunities.Working closely with team members to align on learnings, insights, conclusions, and recommendations.Working closely with Visa European Cluster product teams to ensure market intelligence deliverables are feeding them in their market strategy.Working closely with other internal stakeholders across the organization (Global, Regions, Marketing) to understand similarities and differentiating points in terms of market needs and trends in Europe.Lead monthly Premium Hub/Cluster meetings.Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership levels of Visa management.As requirements of this role evolve, adapt to the growing needs of the team and broader products organization.Qualifications: What we're after2+ years' experience with established skills and a strong interest in quantitative and qualitative methodology and analytics (preferable to have previous experience in market intelligence, market research, marketing, or product departments).Curious, agile, and rigorous thinker.Highly numerate, with an eye for detail and commitment to ensure work is accurate
