Job Summary: Provides end-user support for Windows and Mobile devices (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). Assists in the overall administration of IT Infrastructure. Executes delegated IT-related tasks for the HR, QA, and Finance Department. Familiar with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Azure/Office 365.
Responsibilities: Provides the first line of support to PC and software problems upon the receipt of staff requests.Performs administration activities.Provides testing and monitoring of IT assets.Performs IT training of new and current employees.Performs self-training and maintains up-to-date knowledge regarding employed SaaS subscriptions.Works according to company policies and SOPs.Becomes familiar with all facets of IT services for a distributed multinational CRO.Solves business challenges in a highly-regulated environment with modern technologies.Practical Work Aspects: EastHORN is a distributed multinational CRO operating in CEE. The workforce is around 250 people located in several countries.Each country's staff is partially office and home-based.
