This is a position with grade 14.
This position reports to Digital Lead - Regional.
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding of digital solutions and the adoption of digital platforms into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance.
Each day, you will provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal to improve productivity and efficiency.
You will also showcase your expertise by helping customers achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise and knowledge on ABB's digital solutions.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role contributes to the cybersecurity department in the Energy division of the Process Automation business line in Spain.
Main stakeholders are clients and the sales department.
You will be mainly accountable for:Technical Sales Support: Along with sales, identify the customer's needs to demonstrate and articulate the features of the digital solution and how it is best suited for the customer's needs.Customer Lifecycle Management: Participate in the assigned stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle covering digital opportunity identification along with sales, opportunity qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, PoC / Pilot, solution deployment and post go-live operations/support.Innovation and Creativity: Ideation workstreams, from identifying needs to validated and defined development together with cross-functional teams of Digital software engineers, User Experience, and subject matter experts for Value Creation.Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product management, solution architects, and development teams for future planning, feature development, and support of product deliverables.Knowledge Transfer: Coach customers for them to effectively utilize digital solutions and help them achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise as well as knowledge about ABB's digital solutions.You will join a high-performance, dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleYou have 5 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity.It will be highly valued ISA – 62443 Cybersecurity Expert Certification.Possess enhanced knowledge of cybersecurity, mainly in operation technologies.You are passionate about sharing technical knowledge with different stakeholders and have ease communicating.Degree in computer sciences, IT systems, cybersecurity, or similar.
