Web Analyst & CRO Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Creating, maintaining, and assessing tracking solutions for digital marketing.
Creating, maintaining, and monitoring reporting dashboards.
GA4 advanced management.
Participating in CRO projects, both testing and monitoring ongoing actions.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and present findings clearly.
Collaborating with countries' teams to identify data needs and provide support across different areas of the marketing operation.
Location
The position will be based in Madrid (Spain).
Candidate Profile
Qualifications, Experiences, and Competencies
Requirements:
Previous experience on GA4.
Experience with tag management systems and working with data layer, defining and validating.
Knowledge of CRO and testing methodologies and platforms (ABTasty preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tracking and marketing performance metrics.
Good communication skills to operate with different teams and technical scopes.
Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English skills, as the team operates in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience building dashboards and reporting systems.
Experience with Javascript.
Advanced English language skills, as the team operates in English.
Prior experience in an international company or working with diverse teams.
