About Growing with us In this role you will:
Play a critical role in managing and supporting the iCare Exchange AWS Cloud Platform.
Be accountable for delivering Digital Patient Services Products and Solutions assisting Sanofi Patient Services functions.
Leverage specialized, functional expertise for solving complex functional problems as an individual or team member.
Lead and execute functional and technical expertise throughout the lifecycle (plan, design, build, run) of Digital Patient Services leveraging AWS Cloud, Python, and other integration tools.
Provide solution guidance for highly complex business processes, regulatory (HIPAA, Data Privacy, GxP, etc.), compliance, and cybersecurity processes.
Leverage the Digital portfolio, catalog of services, existing platforms, and integrate new industry standards to define and implement the Patient Services products and services.
About you Key Responsibilities Lead the design of Patient Support Services (PSS) solutions for large programs, products, and projects.
Act as authority and subject matter expert on standards and practices related to Patient Services functional expertise in AWS Cloud Platform.
Work with team and fellow Engineers to track and align on solutions built as part of different streams in the Program.
Collaborate with Agile teams on large programs, governing and shaping the delivery of projects supporting design, architecture, enhancements, with focus on optimizing business processes.
Work closely with external suppliers to ensure solutions utilize technology effectively and meet business requirements.
Coordinate with vendor partners of managed packages to ensure product enhancements are incorporated without impact to business.
Ensure the POC of new solutions are presented and incorporated to reap the benefits of new functionalities of the platform.
Direct and support large specialist product teams to deliver comprehensive Patient Support Services solutions.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation assessment of Patient Support Services solutions built on AWS Cloud with a patient-centric vision.
Ensure all solutions are complete, operable, conform to business processes, and meet business needs with agreed quality of service.
Be responsible for the end-to-end solution of the product and compliance with the enterprise model throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and participate in peer reviews and quality assurance of project design/architecture artifacts across Digital teams.
Collaborate with Digital teams (Architecture, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Data, etc.) to understand patient needs and develop compliant solutions.
Review user stories, data sets, documentation, and business rules to provide functional and technical signoff.
Identify and communicate resource requirements and work breakdown structure based on skills profile to complete the end-to-end solution design.
Participate in the supplier selection process, evaluating usefulness and cost of products and making recommendations.
Implement (and create) standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure patient quality; drive product, project knowledge back to the enterprise team.
Ensure technology solutions align with patient services architecture principles and target state.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for patient support services solutions.
Ensure the integrity and privacy of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Ensure Patient Services Agile DevOps alignment to architecture implementation in a compliant manner.

Job Qualifications Understanding of life sciences/pharma.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of Software engineering and design experience with large scale business applications in a fast-paced iterative development environment.
Proven working experience with AWS Cloud technologies (S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Step Functions, Lambda, etc.).
Proven working experience with Python, JavaScript (or equivalent).
Strong experience with Agile based development and working on agile teams.
Experience in Salesforce Technologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Detail-oriented, customer-driven, able to work well across time zones on a global team, and a team player.
Experience providing consumer or patient facing technologies is ideal.
Ability to carry out core accountabilities with minimal supervision for complex tasks and no supervision for routine matters.
Preferred experience with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations.
Demonstrate professional and reliable behavior consistently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
