Job Description: IBP Demand Planning Manager IberiaReporting into the Local Leadership Team, the IBP Demand Planning Manager will play a central role in the Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring the team have the right inputs to make clear, fast and data driven decisions. Drawing upon their existing demand planning experience and commercial knowledge, the IBP Demand Planning Manager will be responsible for driving data collection and consolidating feedback from a number of sources, building on statistical historical data to maintain demand and collection forecasts and scenarios.
Major/ Key Accountabilities:Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Retail & Asset Productivity, Finance and Supply planning to understand demand drivers in our marketplace. Incorporate Market intelligence into forecasts.Generate balanced demand and collection plans based on agreed objectives and operating guidelines via the IBP process.Facilitate the monthly Demand Review meetings and play a key role in driving Demand, Asset Productivity and Sales plan alignment through the Integrated Business Planning meeting.Ensure that the assumptions underlying the demand plans are understood and documented along with timely communication ongoing demand forecast changes to key stakeholders in Sales, Asset productivity, Finance and Supply Chain.Support and lead sales and retail teams in translating pipeline into forecasted customer and retail wins and losses and leading the consolidation of risks and opportunities, in order to help identify opportunities to improve commercial plans to meet agreed plans.Responsible for achieving plan quality, reviewing historical trends, researching demand drives, developing statistical behaviour models particularly for collections forecasting, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results.Develop scenarios for alternative courses of action for decision making purposes, in support of strategic objectives and to challenge business plans.Facilitate the monthly IBP Demand Review meetings (including agreeing the agenda and key decisions, driving actions resulting) and play a key role in driving alignment between demand and supply.Continuously evolve Demand Planning strategy and roadmap with European peers to stay abreast of industry standards and best practices.Assist in developing the supporting the IBP process, providing longer term analysis of demand to assist Supply Chain Leadership in assessing long term supply capacity needs. Qualifications:Min. Bachelor's in economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related.
Experience:Working with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) decision making processes.Forecasting/demand planning in a commercial environment.Working cross functionally and connecting data and ideas from different sources.Project management and delivery/Stakeholder management.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.Understanding of statistical based demand planning.Self-directed, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.The ability to bring people together and foster a one team mentality.Excellent interpersonal skills and able to effectively influence key stakeholders both internally and externally. Languages:Spanish and English. Desirable: Any other language.
