Reporting to the BU Iberia Operations Director, this position is responsible for the successful delivery of the Iberia Footprint program, aimed at increasing competitiveness and future-proofing the Iberia manufacturing and supply chain organization. The program is divided into multiple workstreams, each having a Workstream Lead responsible for the deliverables of the workstream. All Workstream Leads report to this position. Additionally, this position manages an in-house PMO resource as well as an external PMO. The PMO function is responsible for ensuring the program structure definition and tracking and controlling its progress against agreed cost,
schedule, and scope. This position requires a highly structured approach and is regarded as the point of contact for stakeholders of this program. The position reports to BU management and Nutreco Global Management and works with multiple stakeholders outside of the BU, providing subject matter expertise. This position also closely collaborates with multiple BU stakeholders involved in managing day-to-day business, e.g., for management of disruptions and changes introduced by the program activities. The position needs to be able to deep dive into reasonable detail in case of issues and concerns relating to deliverables of the program. It is essential to communicate, present, and convey clearly both content and form on how the project is evolving. The position is based in BU Iberia's Tres Cantos office, with regular travel required to BU sites around Spain & Portugal.
Job Description: Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for performance of direct & indirect reports (Workstream Leads, internal PMO, and external PMO).Responsible for implementing the program structure including workstreams, communication, documentation, reporting, controls, and progress tracking, as well as monitoring adherence and taking appropriate measures in case of deviations.Defining, implementing, and utilizing program control processes, procedures, and related tools, ensuring relevant people are trained.Responsible for defining and implementing the program governance structure, taking the lead in reporting to Nutreco global management and BU management.Responsible for the development, implementation, utilization, and tracking of a program integrated activity schedule to ensure meeting agreed program milestones.Managing the program's budget (CAPEX and OPEX) – controlling commitments, spending, and forecasts against baseline budgets, as well as providing cost analyses as needed.Responsible for investing more than 170 Mio € according to the plan presented to Nutreco MB, adjusting timing and budgets accordingly in time.Managing overall program risks and issues and leading the definition of corrective actions, as well as monitoring actions progress.Managing program changes (changes to scope, organization, etc.) according to a change management process.
