Job Description Summary: As Price & Tender Manager, you are responsible for leading the Price and Tender operations for Iberia (Spain and Portugal). You will lead a team of Price & Tender specialists and enable them to do their job in the most efficient way while providing the best Customer Experience.About the role: As Price & Tender Manager, you will:Lead a team of Price & Tender specialists.Coordinate Price & Tender operations.Manage the Price & Tender operations.Coordinate activities with external suppliers (e.g., INFORBOE, TESERA).Provide advice to Businesses and customers about the best way of shaping tenders and taking advantage of Spanish contracting law in the public sector.Drive continuous improvement initiatives with Customer Service.Work closely with the Iberia Customer Care Operations leader.About you:Bachelor's degree (desired in law) or equivalent.Demonstrable knowledge in Spanish contracting law in the public sector.Demonstrable knowledge in price management.Experience in the Spanish health sector advising on public tenders.Experience in people management.Experience in the Portuguese health sector (a plus).Knowledge & skills:Advanced English language skills.Portuguese language (a plus).Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytic tools.Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.A hands-on and solution-oriented mentality.Strong communication skills.Change agent, with a tendency to challenge the status quo.Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
