Moreover, you will coordinate efforts with other cross-functional departments to deliver world-class customer service and support through the promotion of teamwork and cooperation spirit.What will be your mission?* Coordinate and provide technical ongoing support to bioMérieux systems and reagents: pre-installation, technical installation, configurations, connections, training on customer site and troubleshooting.* Provide consistent follow up of the installed base to ensure customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators.* Participate in income generation initiatives by promoting value-added products and services, developing, and building customer relationships that result in customer loyalty, retention, renewal, and positive referrals.* Identify internal and external customer training needs, development of documentation and implementation plans, and successful execution based on established timelines.* Accomplish with quality, legal, and ethical standards as well as company policies.Who are you?* Bachelor's Degree in technical or life science field (or equivalent experience).* Food Microbiology is essential and experience working in a food environment.* Knowledge in Food business quality standards and regulation.* Knowledge in Molecular Biology will be a plus.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.* Customer & business oriented.* Ability to manage problems efficiently.* Teamwork and autonomy to work alone.* Software skills.* English fluency required; Portuguese language will be a plus.Role based preferably in Madrid with availability to travel throughout the Iberian Peninsula and abroad for training or specific projects (approx. 40%).bioMérieux welcomes applications from all individuals, regardless of race, national origin, gender, age, physical characteristics, social origin, disability, union membership, religion, family status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or any unlawful criterion under applicable law.
