Description - A fantastic opportunity within our growing Public Sector business. Due to increasing demands, we are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in the role of Contract Management, working closely with the Sales Operations Team Lead.
In this role, the responsibilities will be multifaceted and crucial to our operations. You will ensure that all contracts align with group compliance and strategy, reviewing legal and commercial terms in cooperation with our group legal department. Additionally, you will support the business in preparing national public sector tenders, ensuring contracts meet all necessary requirements.
As the point of contact for consultants regarding client contracts within Spanish Public sector accounts, you will play a vital role in the risk assessment of existing contracts. Your expertise in tender and proposal management will be key as you coordinate the technical and administrative aspects of tenders and collaborate with our internal Tender sales team. Providing analyses and information on national Tender & Proposal requests will be another important aspect of your role.
Furthermore, you will support business consultants by providing data and figures for Key Clients, regularly distributing information to stakeholders. Strong collaboration with national key Account Management will be essential. Ensuring systems and databases are up to date and assisting in maximizing tender business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to follow up on ongoing requests, monitor performance, and participate in other special projects as required.
Responsibilities: Ensure contracts are in line with group compliance and strategy; review legal and commercial terms in cooperation with group legal department. Support the business in the preparation of national public sector tenders. Point of contact for consultants in question of client contracts in Spanish Public sector accounts in the risk assessment of existing contracts. Invoicing and order management for public sector (admin task). Coordinate technical and administrative parts of tenders and collaborate with internal Tender sales team. Provide analyses and information on national Tender & Proposal requests. Support business consultants with data & figures for Key Clients, regularly distribute information to stakeholders. Strong collaboration with national key Account Management. Ensure systems and databases are up to date; assist in maximizing tender business opportunities. Follow up on ongoing requests, monitor performance, and participate in other special projects. Education and Experience Required: First-level university degree or equivalent experience. Min of 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management. Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required. Intermediate understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle. Strong research and analytical skills. Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic project management skills. Developing ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of customer/partner requirements. Developing ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers and partners on peer level and one level above.
