The OpportunityAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, integrating, and transforming available data (market, retailers, consumers) into actionable business insights that drive value & help business decisions in the Iberia BU. Your role will focus on reports & visualization of data & assisting in the analysis & other strategic transversal projects. Reporting to the head of Marketing Intelligence & assisting different leadership teams within IBERIA, you will contribute to communicating key market trends that support decision-making processes within the organization.This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis and market intelligence, while supporting the execution of key projects and initiatives that drive the organization's strategic goals within the Iberia region.What you'll get to doData Collection & Processing Support:• Assist in defining and executing data collection procedures for Fragrances & Make Up across the Iberia market.• Help curate data using company resources and standards to ensure consistency and reliability.Data Analysis & Reporting Assistance:• Support in analyzing market and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities specific to the Iberia region.• Help prepare weekly and monthly reports to be shared with Local Markets and HQ Top Management.• Assist in data profiling to identify market anomalies and insights.Forecasting & Strategy Development Support:• Contribute to the development of market evolution forecasts as part of the 3-year strategic planning process for Iberia.• Coordinate with the HQ Analytics department to ensure alignment on methodologies and data sharing.• Elevate specific regional research needs to the HQ Consumer & Shopper Insights department under the guidance of your manager.Best Practices & Data Management:• Help foster the sharing of best practices and learnings across the Iberia team.• Ensure historical data is correctly gathered, stored, and available for analysis.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Analysis Support:• Assist in tracking and analyzing key metrics such as Market Size, Fragrance Affinity, Market Growth, Sell Out Evolution, VMS, Rankings, Competitive Positioning, New Launches Performance, Seasonality, Price & Promotion Impact, Channel Split ON/OFF, Sell In vs Sell Out Correlation, Top Retailer Weight, Niche Top Doors (Unit per Day), and New Brand Acquisition Impact.Cross-functional Collaboration:• Act as a point of contact for coordinating data-related tasks with Iberia's Team, Consumer Insights teams, and CIRCANA (Data Supplier).• Report directly to the Marketing Intelligence Manager, supporting them in their role.We'd love to meet you if you have• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in analytical roles, preferably within the Beauty and Fashion / Retail sector or FMCG.• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point) & Power BI.• Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.A few things you'll love about usAn entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work cultureA range of learning and development opportunitiesAn international company with plenty of opportunities to growA competitive compensation & benefits packagePuig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
