As the Diploma Coordinator, you will be a member of The Academy School Leadership Team. We will expect the post holder to be an outstanding teacher in either the humanities or English, who can lead by example and has a willingness to innovate. The ideal candidate will have an international outlook and experience of coordinating the IB Diploma Programme or experience as a Head of Sixth Form. The post will be a combination of teaching from Key Stage 3 to IBDP and coordinating the IBDP.
