This new company aims to design, develop and sell water management software intended for water and wastewater treatment facilities for municipal operators and industrial customers. It is for this company, we are looking for a:Product Owner M/F (Sevilla, Spain - Plage C/D)Main Responsibilities and DutiesGain in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s), including personas and use cases.Collaborate with Product Managers analyzing epics and features which represent customer requirements and ideas and break these down into stories and Enablers in order to create the team backlog.Manage the product backlog:Verify that stories are in the proper format, contain valid confirmation (aka acceptance criteria), and are in line with the Program vision and scope.This includes any necessary design details, business rules, NFRs, etc.Prioritize user stories according to features with the highest value.Continuously accepts or rejects completed stories and Enablers.Support the team providing clarifications for stories.Work with Architects to ensure Enablers are properly prioritized so as not to mortgage the future of the architecture.Collaborate with the team, including Developers, QA to deliver valuable product increments by driving user-stories definition and participating to the agile ceremonies.Ensures that the team is aligned to the PI Objectives, and Iteration goals are clearly defined and communicated.Develop product documentation such as user guides and release notes.Helps remove or escalate obstacles to Product Management.Meets regularly with Product Management.VOTRE PROFILProgram: Master Marketing and CommunicationRequirements:Civil, industrial, information technology engineering or math, physics, or similar degree.Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through data and customers/stakeholders' insights.Experience with Agile Software Development frameworks.Strong written and communication skills in English.Excellent communication and team skills.Knowledge of hydraulics for water distribution systems (Desirable).Programming skills (Python, R, C#, etc.) (Desirable).Product owner experience in software development (Desirable).Interested and passionate about technology and challenges.Self-learning capacity.Analytical mindset.Proactivity, continuous improvement and adaptation to change.Organized.Languages: Fluent in EnglishPoste accessible au télétravail : Suez préserve l'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et privée, ce poste est ouvert au télétravail.BU: SES
