Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you'll own the delivery of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform and services as well as implementation operations. You'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
We are looking for a committed professional to join us as IAM Engineer in our Identity and Access Management Engineering team – part of Swiss Re's front-line Security Team.

In your role, you will…
Deploy, test, monitor, and operate our Identity and Access Management services
Develop documentation to support ongoing IAM solution operations, maintenance, and specific problem resolution
Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices
Support the migration to the new IAM system (Identity Security Cloud), ensuring the platform provides the highest quality of service

What we need from you
Experience as a IAM / Security Engineer
A degree in Computer Science/Information Security/comparable field
Familiarity with different IT platforms and technologies (virtualisation, database, networking, private and public cloud platforms, etc.).
Solid knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management as a discipline
Solid knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance in a highly regulated industry
Can-do attitude and the ability to push Identity & Access Management topics forward as part of a team or independently
Be someone who believes in continuous innovation, is curious and relentless in finding a better way every day
Ability to present complex topics towards different audiences on diverse technical levels
Have excellent knowledge of Sailpoint solutions (IIQ and ISC)
Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies
Good written and spoken communication skills in English
You should be well-versed in these areas
Identity & Access Management
Programme management for complex system Integration projects (technical experience)
IAM application onboarding knowledge
Skills and experience in software engineering, application architecture, API architecture, IT service management and with different cloud platforms (Azure, Ali, AWS, etc.) and/or IdPs (identity providers)
Governance, risk, compliance in a highly regulated industry
Business process (re-)engineering
Nice-to-have
PAM knowledge (CyberArk)
Sailpoint certification
Security architecture experience
