We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team, we, the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team provide solutions for managing user identities and access to Swiss Re information and digital services. We are a team of Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, Team Leads and Product Owners that value collaboration and a positive work environment.In your role, you will:Analyse business processes and gather requirements using a variety of techniques.Closely collaborate with a variety of stakeholders such as the engineering team, architects, product owners, operations teams, application owners, HR and more.Write clear and concise requirements in form of user stories and acceptance criteria that are aligned with the overall IAM strategy and priorities.Document process diagrams, use cases scenarios and mock-ups to make requirements understandable.Extract and analyse data using SQL, Excel and other tools to underpin requirements.Ensure solutions meet compliance, security and business requirements.Uncover areas for improvement and contribute to the vision and roadmap of IAM.Lead reviews of business processes or conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements of IAM systems.About YouYou have a can-do attitude, are eager to learn, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
