About the Team The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re.
We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance.
We define and advance the company's security strategy.
As a part of the Security Team, we, the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team provide solutions for managing user identities and access to Swiss Re information and digital services.
We are a team of Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, Team Leads and Product Owners that value collaboration and a positive work environment.
In your role, you will: Analyse business processes and gather requirements using a variety of techniques.
Closely collaborate with a variety of stakeholders such as the engineering team, architects, product owners, operations teams, application owners, HR and more.
Write clear and concise requirements in form of user stories and acceptance criteria that are aligned with the overall IAM strategy and priorities.
Document process diagrams, use cases scenarios and mock-ups to make requirements understandable.
Extract and analyse data using SQL, Excel and other tools to underpin requirements.
Ensure solutions meet compliance, security and business requirements.
Uncover areas for improvement and contribute to the vision and roadmap of IAM.
Lead reviews of business processes or conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements of IAM systems.
About You You have a can-do attitude, are eager to learn, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Your attention to detail and strong communication skills make you a valuable team player.
What we need from you: Experience within the Identity and Access Management domain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English.
Profound analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Nice-to-have: Experience as a Business Analyst.
A degree in Computer Science, Security, Engineering or Business.
Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or SailPoint IIQ.
Experience working in larger, multi-national environments.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Spanish, German or Slovak language skills.
