We are hiring a Principal Total Reward Analyst; the focus of this role is both compensation and benefits, the scope is the EMEA/Ireland region. As a member of our Team, you will play a key role in shaping our employee experience through the design of competitive compensation and benefit packages, analysing market trends, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team.Your Responsibilities: Evaluate present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity).Advise, educate, and coach Human Resources and management on Total Reward programs and systems.Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action.Respond to and resolve a variety of escalated compensation and benefits issues.May be responsible for health and welfare programs, capital accumulation, sales compensation, executive compensation and benefits, base pay, and incentive plan administration.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst essential.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools.Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and prioritization skills.Strong attention to detail.Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus.Some flexibility to travel when required
