At Exante, we are building a new Global Sales Team worldwide .
This role will demand multiple interactions with large scale corporations, financial institutions, and institutional clients at the C-level.
Responsibilities include the ability to establish trust and strong business relationships at the executive level, advanced software solution selling capabilities, conducting sales presentations, coordinating multiple resources within a prospective account, while consistently and successfully closing business for Exante.
It is likely that candidates have experience in driving sales and business development with financial institutions, private wealth management, family offices, and private investors.
Key Responsibilities You will be converting existing leads/clients into new business opportunities.
You will manage and own a sales pipeline of new business opportunities which consistently delivers above expectation results.
You will plan and prioritize sales activities and client relationships towards achieving agreed business goals.
You will have regular account management calls with clients, a minimum of quarterly touch-points.
You will develop new leads via market research, networking events, cold calling, social selling, marketing campaigns, and any other mode suitable for establishing new prospects.
You will develop and manage trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure client relationship excellence and generate long-lasting relationships.
You will maintain and develop existing client relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaisons, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction.
You will communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
You will provide input into the future sales vision including new markets, new products, new customers, and new ways of doing business.
You will meet monthly and annual sales targets set together with management.
You will identify opportunities in the market and monitor general developments of competition.
You will prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements You have 6+ years of experience in selling investment solutions to financial institutions, institutional clients, wealth management, family offices, and/or private investors.
You have experience working in the financial sector and with institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, commercial banks, central banks, pension funds, wealth management, mutual funds, and family offices).
A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline and close deals.
Proven experience in sales and strategic account management - providing solutions based on customer needs.
Generally motivated for sales (hunting and new business development) and highly energetic with a good sense of time management.
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
Strong command of English.
Additional languages will be an asset.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Outstanding relationship-building skills.
Willingness to succeed and exceed targets, overachiever mentality.
