At Accor, we are currently looking for two receptionists (one part-time & another one full time) to join the team at IBIS Budget Málaga Centro.
The hotel is located in the center of Málaga, just a 5-minute walk from all the tourist attractions: the Picasso Museum, Calle Larios, and the port. It also has easy access to the airport, located just 3.7 miles (6 km) from the hotel.
Job Description

Your missions: Ensure a personalized and warm welcome; the well-being of the guests is always your priority.Act as a facilitator, linking with different departments of the hotel according to the guests' requests.Continuously improve the quality of the hotel's services; your ideas are always welcome.Guard the guest's loyalty, ensuring they return.Receive training in financial tracking of revenues and the safety of property and people.During the night shift, be responsible for the activities of the establishment in the absence of your hierarchy: hotel closing, cash collection, and anticipating the needs of the next day.Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.Manage online and phone reservations.Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.Respond to clients' complaints.Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs.Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.Attend the hotel bar and prepare simple snacks for our customers.Support the breakfast shift when necessary, ensuring there are no shortages in our buffet breakfast and that it's well presented.Qualifications
