Role: As a Payments Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing the payment strategies for the different subscriptions products of the company, working closely with all the company departments and the different payment services partners.
You will actively work on improving the different billing processes and also on minimizing the impact of fraud and chargeback transactions, with the double objective to increase both revenue and profit of the business unit.
Responsibilities:Analyze trends KPIs, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions to other teams promptly.Develop existing and new partnerships with PSPs.Develop and manage our partnership with risk management solutions.Develop initiatives to mitigate fraud and chargeback risk.Define Chargeback dispute procedures and monitor dispute results.Contribute to the implementation of new processes and software solutions related to fraud prevention/detection and payments.Participate in the accounting reconciliation processes with payment and fraud providers' reporting.Implement the PCI DSS compliance in collaboration with the Development team.Profile:You have a solid working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and a proven experience with subscriptions based business models.
