Active participation to remove impediments or finding the right way to remove the risks.Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the teamFacilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Contribution to possible solutions with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating informationWorking activelyFacilitate the cooperation between rolesMurex Technical Specialist Murex technical specialist in all services and modules implemented in Santander Group. Experience in version MX upgrades, modelation of installations, services distribution, configurations, performance, stress test, Murex projects (FO, BO, MO…) and generic knowledge of financial products.
