As a Junior Functional Support Analyst, your tasks and goals will include:
Technical and functional Level 0 and 1 support of the global SCIB platform both onsite and remote.Reception, prioritization, investigation, escalation and resolution of incidents.Critical Alerts monitoring.Knowledge in the areas of Linux Systems Administration, with skills in resolving issues on production systems, leading the efforts of research and documentation of solutions.Linux Systems Administration from the command line. Tuning, System Analysis, Scripting language programming (Shell).E2E Batch SCIB support in Market Closings for Europe, USA and Latin America units (Asset Control, Murex Loads, distributions to LAGO, GBO, AIRE systems for VAR and P&L publication).Direct support to Risk Market Data Madrid, troubleshooting.Support DATA LAKE applications.Experience in ITIL framework.Basic knowledge of Airflow, Dynatrace, ControlM and BPM.
