WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As our new Digital Channel Senior Tech Lead, you will be a vital member of the Digital Strategy Team.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide developers within the private banking sector.
You will work closely with architecture, security, and other departments to comprehend client requirements and expectations, manage and enhance the development process, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, secure software solutions in coordination with other IT and Operations teams.
This position demands technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the development and optimization of digital systems.
Key Responsibilities: Software Development Oversight: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team.
Hire, coach, and train new team members.
Ensure the use of best practices and adherence to coding standards and tools.
Review and assess software design and architecture to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and efficiency.
Collaborate with the development team in the development, testing, deployment, and support of the software applications to ensure product quality and manage technical risks.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of software developers, including both employees and consultants, involved in the hiring and training processes.
Guide teams from a technology view, interact with architecture, backend leads, and frontend leads.
Assign and prioritize tasks, setting clear objectives for the development team leads.
