Product & IT Project Management Country: Spain As a Calypso SOLUTION DESIGNER, you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, facilitate workshops/events, and communicate with different organizational levels.
You will participate in several projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way.
We need somebody to help us in different fronts: Responsible for designing major technical and functional solutions in a high-level complexity.
More than 6 years of Calypso experience.
High functional knowledge of Collateral, Repo, SecLending, FX, Bond, and Equity products and have been involved in projects regarding its Calypso implementation.
Functional leadership experience leading solutions on treasury and markets global processes, applications, and architectures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IT Functional lead of the project.
Responsible for gathering user requirements and deciding on Calypso functional solutions.
Collaborate with the rest of the internal team using a servant leadership style, leading by example, and supporting in a coordination role on the IT side.
Follow the internal evolution of the project, developments, dependencies, and execution of work lines.
Lead the collaboration with external teams involved in the project (users, execution managers, rest of IT teams).
Expert technical knowledge of Calypso main global functionalities, modules, and architecture including Repo, SecLending, Margin Call, Corporate Action, Triparty, Equity, Bond, Performance Swap, FX, Cre, Postings, Integration from Murex to Calypso, CATT, Upgrades, Swift Messages (Mt1xx, Mt2xx, Mt3XX, Mt5XX), Bond Product Definition, and Equity Definition.
Technical leadership experience leading Calypso technical solutions based on technologies like Oracle, Springboot, WebServices, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins.
Soft Skills: Proactivity Communication Teamwork Adaptability Critical thinking Languages: English – advanced.
