I_Product & IT Project Management Country: Spain As a Calypso TA , you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, facilitate workshops/events, and communicate with different organizational levels.
You will participate in various projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable and collaborative way.
We need somebody to help us in different fronts: IT Technical lead of the project Responsible for designing major technical solutions with high complexity Collaborate with the internal team using a servant leadership style, leading by example, and supporting in a coordination role on the technical side Follow the internal evolution of technical team developments, ensuring quality and efficiency of the processes Lead the collaboration with external technical teams, designing and validating integrated solutions WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required qualifications: More than 6 years of Calypso experience Expert technical knowledge of Calypso's main global functionalities, modules, and architecture Technical leadership experience leading Calypso technical solutions based on technologies like Oracle, Springboot, WebServices, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, MQ, JMS, Kafka Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively Problem-solving and analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
