This position will support in the development and implementation of the data function in Radisson Hotel Group. In this position, the successful candidate will manage and execute the implementation of the Data Governance for the multiple data sources available to address key business needs and objectives more specifically on the Business to Business (Travel Agency and Corporate profile). In collaboration with the rest of the Business Intelligence function, they will support the overall Data & Analytics strategy. This includes but is not limited to managing development projects regarding data journey & control dashboards in the Master Data Management Tool - to support B2B business stakeholders. This is not an IT role.
This role is all about being the correct trusted advisor with the business and being a translator with the IT Team. This position will report to the Global Data Director and will work closely with the key members of the business areas.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Subject Matter Expert on B2B Data projects, being accountable for the proper coordination of all stakeholders.
Design and implement Data Quality projects to ensure a common and homogeneous data management practice across the organization, mostly on cleaning Travel Agencies (knowledge of IATAN org is much appreciated) and/or Corporate profile.
Report requirements gathering - Create and maintain documentation to improve data quality & automation; including prototype for the new reports dashboard.
Insight creation and delivery to end-users. Strong drive for actionable data.
Support other Data team members in their duties, cross responsibilities, and ad-hoc analysis.
Accountable for the correct implementation and usage of B2B Master Data / Golden records.
Provide coaching and training for end-users regarding the B2B Master Data Platform.
REQUIREMENTS: Experience of at least 3-5 years with Master Data Concept – Golden records.
Analytics background with experience with S4Hana and SAP CRM Data (Nice to have Reltio Products).
Extensive experience (3 – 5 Years) in data quality projects.
Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server; Azure Synapse Analytics) and data exploitation techniques.
Experience in data management projects (3-5 Years) on Data Profiling, Business Advance Analytics.
Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues.
Experience with business intelligence projects related to information lifecycle.
Organized & effective - take a well-ordered, structured approach in task management.
