Role Overview As a member of the Digital Transformation team at Boston Scientific, this important role works alongside the Global Taxonomy Leader, coordinating initiatives and projects.
Taxonomy enables Boston Scientific to stay organized by classifying key business terms across teams, systems, and regions.
The role provides an excellent opportunity to network and collaborate with many stakeholders, from Vice Presidents to Subject Matter Experts, in every business division and region globally.

At the core of the role is arranging and attending workshops, collaborating on project plans, and following up on actions while benefiting from hands-on experience using leading industry tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Agile, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, mind maps, and Microsoft Teams.
Around one-third of the time will be working on Business Analysis tasks such as collecting business requirements and prioritizing them, collaborating on business cases to drive Taxonomy adoption using change management frameworks.

This person will be collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team (Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, Designers, and 3rd Parties) in many phases of the program from discovery to execution.

Responsibilities Work alongside the Taxonomy Manager, collaborating on project plans, arrange workshops, and following up on post-workshop actions. Maintain and report status updates on project plans within JIRA. Collaborate in capturing and prioritizing business requirements. Collaborate with the Taxonomy Manager to create supporting business cases. Requirements BSc or BA degree level qualification; preferences for Business Studies, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Project Management. One year's experience working in a similar role within a multinational company. Certification in project management is beneficial. Good PowerPoint and Excel abilities. Fluency in Business English level C1 & Spanish (C1,C2). Additional Qualities Confident, self-motivated, and organized. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
