I-903 Lead Generator (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Lead Generator for their Malaga OR Barcelona office.
Position: Lead Generator Location: Malaga, Spain OR Barcelona, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Generate sales leads Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Schedule meetings between prospective customers and sales executives Track activities and report to the Sales Manager on sales results Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products and services Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
REQUIREMENTS Native/fluent in German, verbal and written.
Fluent in English Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an advantage Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent experience Good knowledge in IT and datacenter storage environments will be considered as an advantage Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone) Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time Strong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
