The Italy & Spain Marketing & Prime team is looking for a Sr. Deals Product Marketing Manager based in Madrid to lead onsite promotions and drive CX optimization for our daily deals and voucher programs and large deal events across the Italy site (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
The Sr. Deals Product Marketing Manager obsesses over delivering the most relevant and highest quality promotions to every customer, at the right time, and within the right context, driving customer curiosity and delight, and promotion discovery.
You will closely collaborate with several stakeholders, both in Spain and internationally, ranging from local Retail/Marketplace, Finance, Customer Service, Ops, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: You coordinate effectively across a broad range of teams to design and execute targeted campaigns to engage existing and acquire new customers.
You build new simplified processes and standard operating procedures and proactively transfer those across global teams.
You thrive in an energetic environment, with extensive stakeholder management across all levels of the company.
Process Optimization: You provide ongoing monitoring and optimization through analysis of results and accordingly provide recommendations to senior management.
You partner effectively with international Dev teams to drive continuous customer-focused A/B experimentation onsite.
