You will be part of our Theatres team and will be responsible for the management and optimisation of our central offices and two of the most emblematic theatres on Gran Vía in Madrid, with capacity for 1,456 and 1,396 seats respectively.Ensuring that they are safe, functional, modern, and sustainable spaces, reflecting the creativity and quality standards that define our brand.What job functions will you have?Facilities management: Coordination of the integral maintenance of offices and theatres, supervising cleaning, security, and air conditioning tasks.Project control: Supervising works, refurbishments, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and regulations.Budget management: Management of the company's property portfolio to achieve maximum profitability.
Generate and present regular reports and reviews of budgets, finances, contracts, expenses, and purchases related to facilities.
Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.Maintenance strategy: Direct and manage the maintenance functions to ensure that property equipment and facilities are in good working order and fully available; design and implement maintenance strategy and plans.Risk management: Identify, analyse, and assess the risks of the associated services that may affect the activity, continuity, or operation, trying as far as possible to mitigate or minimise them.Sustainability and energy efficiency: Monitoring environmental performance or sustainability within the company's CSR framework, analysing its activities to establish where improvements can be made and ensuring compliance with legislation, promoting new initiatives and a culture of sustainability.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with OHS (Occupational Risk Prevention), safety, and accessibility regulations in accordance with state legislation and provincial regulations.
Participate in the development of internal policies to promote a culture of compliance and minimise legal risks.Internal and external customer service: Act as a point of contact for employees, tenants, and customers of the theatres, ensuring an exceptional experience.Supplier relations: Negotiating and managing service contracts and relationships with suppliers of materials and services; negotiating new contracts, assessing compliance with contract objectives, implementing contract management procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
