I-705 | Project Management Support

Primary DutiesSupport the Project Management Team in documentation and internal processes.Project documentationResponsible for the timeliness, quality, and maintenance of the documentation package (e.g., drawings, specifications, customer requirements, certificates, proof of delivery, reports, technical documents, etc.), according to the instructions given by the PM and customer needs.Being able to do minor modifications in formats, according to needs.Responsible for loading the needed documents on the websites linked to each project.Responsible for keeping the platforms up to date, informing PM when any comment from the customer is received.Follow-up of HS documents and access to the site for jobs.Project internal processAble to support PM on internal processes, as updating Promised Dates, requesting POs as per PM instructions, sending Proofs of Deliveries, etc.Customer relationsBeing able to speak with the customer, asking for clarifications on document requests, format issues, or clarification on their website.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceGood knowledge of MS Office package, Project AutoCAD.Basic understanding of the Project Management process.Listening skills and attention to details and the ability to manage a number of tasks/priorities at any given time.The ability to work under pressure and to agreed timescales.Customer-Centric behavior.Team player, able to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors.Initiative and decision-making ability.Efficiency, rigor, and personal organization of work, dynamism, and enthusiasm.Preferably fluent English speaker/reader. #J-18808-Ljbffr
